I need a new TV but what kind of LCD???

I would like a television for my room and I am going with LCD but I am having trouble finding the right one.

Stay away from the walmart units, including Insignia and Samsung.

The thing is that if you go cheap, it will only last you a year, and if you go quality, then it will last you years on end.

I advise to save a bit more, because if you keep getting a replacement every year or so, the total expense will be alot more than just buying a quality unit the first time.

If you can save up for a Sony, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Panasonic, that would be better.
