How should I set up my PS3 to where I get the best visuals for GTA4?
I have an 80GB PS3 and I'm using HDMI cables. I have a 50" HDTV and I would like to know what visual settings I should set everything at so I get the best visual experience for GTA4. Right now the game looks a bit blurry even when I'm standing idle. I know it's not because of the game itself because at my friends house his, on his PS3, looks perfect. I didn't ask him about his settings but I should have.
For example, what should I set under my display settings on my PS3 and what should I set under my TV settings.
The HDTV I have goes up to 1080p and the model is a Samsung HLT5087S 50-inch Slim LED Engine 1080p DLP HDTV.
One adjustment (if your TV supports it) is to set your PS3 System Settings to HDMI Full RGB (by default PS3 is set to HDMI Limited). Also, set your Superwhite to ON. Hopefully that helps.
