Toshiba 32RV525R 32-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV is simply one of the best HDTV in its class. It is equipped with features that are well thought of making it a lot easier for the consumers to use the television. The 32-Inch 32RV525R is a great LCD HDTV for those wanting to use it for home theater purposes in small room. The truth is, it is engineered for this very purpose as well. The 32-Inch television from Toshiba comes with a glossy piano black bezel that is very sleek looking indeed and can be placed to any location inside your house.

What's inside the box? Coming with the unit is a remote control for the television itself, a set of batteries to be used for the remote control, a cleaning cloth as well as a user's manual.

This unit is capable of playing full HD movies which is great especially for those hungry for high quality visuals. However, this is still subject to the media being used as this feature can only be put to the test if the correct media is used. There are 3 HDMI inputs which should be more than enough for the common household. Picture quality was reported by consumers as satisfying. This is no surprise as Toshiba has added in the 1080p Full HD CineSpeed technology which offers a refresh rate of only 8 milliseconds. This also ensures that there will be a smooth transition between frames while watching any video.

The 32RV525R is also equipped with DynaLight Dynamic backlight feature which allows the television to adjust the backlight produced in the LCD in 256 different levels. With this feature enabled, it allows the user to experience a deep black picture with sharper details and contrast as well. PC users can also plug in the television to their computer as the 32RV525R supports High resolution PC input through D-Sub cables. In addition to that, gamers can also utilize the Gaming Mode available on the unit to reduce the gaming controller delay. This is great especially for those that are playing games that requires no delay in between such as a First Person Shooter game or a Role Playing game.

Toshiba claimed that the 32RV52R is equipped with QSound 3D which allows a surround sound experience for the viewer. However, there are claims given by consumers that the sound quality of the unit is mediocre and is suitable for normal viewing. For those wanting to experience better quality sounds, it is suggested to get a home theater set.

In short words, the Toshiba 32RV525R 32-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV is a great television for those wanting a budget priced LCD HDTV. The 32-Inch screen is great for those wanting to place the set on a small home theater room or in their bedroom. However, for a larger room, it is suggested to get a set of at least 40-Inch. All in all, it has everything that the user requires at a price that will not bore a big hole in the user's pocket.

Purchasing a new television...your thoughts on Toshiba - would I be getting a good deal?

Being the stereotypical "girl", I don't know much about electronics, and don't really have time to do extensive research.
